Children Are Naturally Wired To Learn Through Play, Exploration and Physical Activity.
Train to Move is a community, pediatric occupational therapy based company. Pediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping children develop the skills they need for daily living, play and learning. Our unique program design uses sensory-based approaches to promote play, exploration and physical activity. We aim to yield positive outcomes for child development and functional behaviors. We are dedicated to fostering wellness and healthy development.
Expecting Children To Sit Still For Long Periods Of Time Is Not Developmentally Appropriate.
Encouraging lots of movement and play can help build a strong foundation in which children understand that being physically active can and should be a healthy habit throughout their lives. Starting healthy habits early in childhood can influence activity levels as children grow.

Why Choose
Train To Move?
Our founder, Dr. E is a board certified and licensed occupational therapist. She has several years of experience serving the pediatric population. Therefore, she has a great understanding of how children learn through their interactions with the environment and experiences (lots of sensory stimuli!). Her vision of Train to Move was curated through her love for children and passion about how sensory affects everyday occupations. Train to Move was developed to be an integral part of children's well-being and healthy development.

Who Can
Benefit?
Our programs are designed to help children reach goals related to sensory integration, movement, emotional regulation, social interactions and play. Programs are available for kiddos who have special needs, developmental delays, sensory deficits or those who just simply need to move to get the wiggles out.

Programs are thoughtfully designed to offer engaging, fun and multisensory based approaches to encourage movement and play in children...possibly adults too!
